Based in Baton Rouge, Grant has a long and successful record of doing things the right way. No drama, no fluff…just hard work and perseverance. With more than 20 years of construction experience, he knows what it takes to get the job done. As one of our most valued customers recently stated, “Grant is someone you can have complete confidence in.”
After earning his degree in Construction Management from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, Grant headed west to begin his career with CDI Contractors in Fort Worth, TX. A couple of years later he joined JPI Multifamily to construct high-end apartment complexes in Austin and Denver. In the late 90’s, he returned home to work for Bing Bishop Construction where he oversaw a variety of metal building projects, schools, government and commercial office buildings, retail centers, churches, and restaurants. In the early 2000’s, Grant and a friend decided that it was time to venture out on their own. Over the next twelve years their company, Wilmax Construction, completed over $120,000,000 of multifamily rehabs and new construction projects.
